Returns Policy If goods received are faulty, we will refund you in full. If you have any problems with your order, please call 01617921748  between Monday to Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm. We will investigate and respond to any complaints within five working days. All our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Due to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces and for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled. Any item returned smelling of tobacco or perfume will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Hairpieces that have been attached to the hair in any way cannot be exchanged or refunded. A charge of 10% per item will be made to cover restocking costs.

All returns must be completed within 7 days from receipt of your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time. Please contact us by e-mail upon receipt of your wig/hairpiece if you require a refund or exchange.

You can obtain a returns number by emailing sales@budget-wigs.co.uk. You MUST inform us if you are returning your order and quote the returns number.

Any items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you and must be complete with hang tags hair nets and all packaging.

You are responsible for paying the return delivery costs. Items MUST be returned using a Delivery Service which can be tracked and carries insurance in case the item gets lost in the post. The sender is responsible for claiming for lost items.
